Bosqe is a new project backed by a small but dedicated team of florists that have had relationships going back 10-20+ years in NYC. We believe in thoughtful curation, meaningful partnerships and locally driven values.

Under our visual lead, Katsuya Nishimori, we take great care in creating specialty designed arrangements with fresh flowers and unique elements with a Japanese flare.

A bit of lore..

Aranjira, our original shop, means “forest” in Old Thai.

Bosque means “forest” in Spanish. We dropped the ‘u’ for pizzazz amongst other reasons.

Nishimori, of Katsuya Nishimori, means “three forests.”

The bosqe butterfly is an ode to the pollinators that make flowers possible. Not to mention all the wonderful symbolism they hold about renewal, rebirth, hope and beauty.

The orange wing is a Monarch wing, a cherished butterfly in Mexico where it completes its massive, multi-generational migration from the north-east of North America. The purple wing is that of the Great Purple Emperor butterfly, who resides in the forests of Japan and has become a national symbol. An ode to the partners of the company.
